Mary K. Manella, 97, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 3, 2017. Beloved wife of the late George Manella. Loving mother of Donald (Kathleen) Manella and the late Georigann (Michael) Catuscelli. Devoted grandmother George (Alyse) Catuscelli, Michelle (Dan) Knapik, the late Michael Catuscelli, Kimberley (Gary) Norden, Donald (Suzie) Manella. Cherished great grandmother of Carly, Joey, Lindsay, Nikki, Jack, and Julia. Fond aunt of many. Preceded in death by her parents Chester and Lena DiGirolamo and brothers Dominick, Chester, Joe, and James DiGirolamo.
Visitation Sunday, 3:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W Central Rd. (at Northwest Highway) Mt. Prospect. Visitation continues Monday, 9:00 A.M. until Mass 10:00 A.M. all at St. Zachary Church, 567 W. Algonquin, Des Plaines. Interment Maryhill Cemetery.
